What these terms cover
These terms of use apply to your use of the talentix.ai website. By using the website you agree to these terms. Use of the talentix platform itself is governed by a separate agreement between your organisation and us.
talentix is offered by Talentix AI B.V., based at Hendrik Figeeweg 1-0013, 2031 BJ Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97710849.
Use of the website
You may use the website to view information about talentix, contact us and request a demo. You will not use the site in a way that causes harm or disrupts how it works.
You may not, without our permission, scrape, copy or reuse the website or parts of it in an automated way, circumvent security, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, images, design, the talentix brand and the logo, is owned by Talentix AI B.V. or its licensors. You may not take or use it without our prior written permission, except where the law allows.
Demos and requests
If you contact us or request a demo through the website, you make sure the information you provide is accurate. A demo or introduction is without obligation and commits you to nothing, unless we agree otherwise.
How our AI works
talentix uses AI to support recruitment work: it drafts vacancies, finds candidates, makes contact and schedules conversations. The system does the groundwork; the person stays in control and makes the decision.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as a hire or a match. Whoever uses the platform remains responsible for the decisions taken on the basis of that output and for complying with the law, including rules on equal treatment and transparency when using AI.
Data protection
How we handle personal data we receive through the website is explained in our privacy statement.
When an organisation processes candidates' personal data through the talentix platform, that organisation is the controller and talentix acts as processor. The arrangements for this, including a data processing agreement under the GDPR, are set out in the agreement with that organisation. The data processing agreement is available on request.
Liability
We compile the content of the website with care, but we do not guarantee that all information is always accurate, complete or current, or that the site is available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from it being temporarily unavailable.
Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no influence over the content or privacy practices of those websites and are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and the use of the website are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
