About these terms
talentix is a product of Talentix AI B.V., Hendrik Figeeweg 1-0013, 2031 BJ Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97710849. In these terms we call that "we" or "talentix".
These terms apply to the use of the talentix.ai website. If you are a customer, the use of talentix itself is covered by the platform terms in your engagement letter. These website terms are not part of them.
Using the website
You may use the website to read about talentix, get in touch with us, request a demo or plan, apply for a job and, as a customer, refer a company. Make sure the details you enter are correct. A demo or introductory call does not commit you to anything.
You may not read or copy the website in an automated way without our permission, get around its security or use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, images, design, the talentix brand and the logo, belongs to Talentix AI B.V. or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission, except where the law allows.
Information on the website
We put the content of the website together with care, but cannot guarantee that all information is always correct, complete and up to date. Prices and examples on the site are an indication. What you buy as a customer is set out in your engagement letter.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.
Data protection
You can read how we handle personal data in our privacy statement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the website or by the website being temporarily unavailable, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be taken to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland, location Haarlem, unless the law points to a different court.
