talentix is offered by Talentix AI B.V., based at Hendrik Figeeweg 1-0013, 2031 BJ Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97710849. For the data we process through this website, we are the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

We only process data you provide yourself or that we receive automatically when you visit the website:

• Contact details you enter in a form or a demo request: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
• Communication that follows after you contact us, such as emails and meeting notes.
• Technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We receive this through our hosting and analytics software.

Use of the talentix platform itself is governed by a separate agreement with your organisation. This statement covers the website talentix.ai.

Why we use your data

We only use your data for the purposes for which you left it, and on a valid legal basis:

• To answer your contact and demo requests and schedule a meeting. Basis: performance of or steps towards an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding.
• To send you a newsletter or update if you signed up for one. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To secure, maintain and improve the website. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
• To comply with legal obligations, for example regarding our administration.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar techniques to function and to understand how visitors use the site. For analytics and marketing cookies we ask for your consent in advance through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time.

Functional cookies that are needed for the site to work are placed without consent. We use analytics cookies to measure visits and improve the site.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and our communication, such as our hosting, email and analytics partners. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties, so they only process your data for the purposes we determine.

If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, or for as long as the law requires. We keep contact details from a request for as long as needed to handle it and, if a relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. If you notice something that looks wrong, please let us know at hello@talentix.ai.

Automated decision-making

On this website we do not make decisions with legal effects for you based solely on automated processing. talentix is built to support recruiters: the system does the groundwork, the person makes the decision. How the platform handles candidate data is set out in the agreement with the organisation that uses it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, ask for restriction, have your data transferred and withdraw consent you have given.

Send your request to hello@talentix.ai. We respond within the statutory period. To prevent misuse we may ask you to identify yourself. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may update this privacy statement, for example if our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
