GTM Engineer

We sell a system that automates outbound. So you cannot run your own go-to-market by hand. As a GTM Engineer you build the pipeline that picks up signals, enriches them and turns them into conversations — and you measure ruthlessly what works.

What you will do

• You build the outbound machine: data sources, enrichment, sequences and tracking
• You connect tools — Clay, Lemlist, Loxo, GA4 — through APIs or automation
• You set up experiments, measure them and throw out what does not work
• You work directly with marketing, sales and the product team

What you bring

• Experience with GTM tooling and automation, in-house or agency side
• You are comfortable with APIs and low-code tooling; SQL is a plus
• You think in funnels and numbers, and dare to kill a campaign that returns nothing
• You do not wait for a brief but decide yourself what should be tested next

How the process runs

1. 01 — Intro call

   30 minutes, video or at our office in Haarlem. You hear what we are building, we hear what you are looking for.

2. 02 — Working session

   Not a case study we made up once, but a real problem from our backlog. You work through it with us.

3. 03 — Final talk and offer

   You meet one of the founders. After that you know where you stand within a week — yes or no.
